The program fee for 2006 was $4000 for Iowa residents
from the Iowa Regents institutions and $4750 for non-Iowa residents
and students not from Iowa Regents institutions.
This program fee includes
- 8 credits of tuition
at ISU and U of I and 12 credits at UNI
- Accommodations and half-board.Host
family living with breakfast and dinner provided.
- Instruction, class space
and computer lab at the Sofogest-Pitiot in Lyon.
- Pre-departure orientation
and materials.
- Excursions (in the past
they have included Provence, Beaujolais, and the Lyon area).
- International Student Identity
Card (ISIC)
- Supplemental international
insurance coverage
- Farewell Banquet
with your host family.
- Local transportation
(a monthly pass for the bus/subway system in Lyon).
- Some books, course packs, photocopied materials.
Not covered:
- Air and surface transportation
to and from Lyon. An optional group flight is
arranged, but not included in the program fee.

Students may expect to need a minimum of $125 per
week for personal expenses, including noon meals during the week.
